What are you looking for in an acquisition?
We focus on B2B SaaS companies with initial traction. Our sweet spot is in the $10k-$200k ARR range, with a clear product audience and a subscription business model.
How much capital do you deploy?
We write checks between $50k and $500k, depending on ARR, revenue growth, churn and market potential.
What's your investment thesis?
We back companies solving real problems for business customers. Ideally, the product should be easy to understand and addresses a core business need.
What's the typical investment timeline?
1 week to LOI, 4 weeks for due diligence, and another 2-3 weeks for purchase agreements.
What industries do you focus on?
Currently focused on real estate and business management software.
